I made this when I was reading Delilah Green Doesn’t Care, I love the purple color of the cover so I made a spin-off of a blackberry Tom Collins which is a purple- ish color.
The recipe:
3.5 oz Lyre’s non alcoholic dry London spirit (gin alternative)
1 can of Izze’s sparkling blackberry juice
1.5 tbls of agave syrup
I love this, it’s not too sweet and doesn’t have too much bite from the Lyre’s but you can taste both and it’s balanced.
