Strawberry gin and tonic mocktail

A mocktail to go with King of Pride by Ana Huang. I chose this because Kai mentions it in the first book and it makes a reappearance in King of Pride so I thought it was perfect. I was not a huge fan of this but I have determined I am not a gin and tonic fan and this is solely just personal preference.

Strawberry gin and tonic mocktail recipe:

1 to 2 tblsp strawberry purée (I used agave syrup to test it)

2 oz strawberry syrup chilled

2 oz Lyre’s non alcoholic gin chilled 2 oz tonic water chilled Optional: 1 lime wedge 1 strawberry halved 1 sprig fresh thyme

Notes:

I would probably use strawberry puree next time to see if that makes a difference.
